We thought it was about time we did something positive with water down here on the south coast, so we've got together with our friends at The Three Legs Brewery to do just that, the only way we know how... by brewing a beer and organising some events.  Red Flag will raise funds to help Hastings & St Leonards Clean Water Action continue the great work they do in testing our waters, lobbying and sharing their findings with the aim of reducing pollution and protecting our sea for all to enjoy now and in the future! 

We have organised a number of events, held between 16th and 19th May 2024 at various venues. Please see the event guidance below for details. 

WATER TALKS FROM GROUPS AND EXPERTS 

THURSDAY 16TH MAY 6PM-9PM – THE THREE LEGS BREWERY

Join us at the The Three Legs Brewery in Bexhill to share a pint of our new beer ‘Red Flag’ and listen to guest speakers discuss some of the issues surrounding our waters and how we can help. This will be an opportunity to have some beer, ask some questions and start the Red Flag weekend with a chilled but informative evening.

GOAT LEDGE PARTY AND WATER TESTING

Join us down at the ever popular Goat Ledge for a pint of Red Flag, to learn more about how Hastings and St Leonards Clean Water Action conduct water tests in our seas and why they are so important. Some of the funds raised will be specifically for more testing, so come down and find out what it's all about.

 

FAMILY AND FRIENDS BEACH CLEAN
