Product Details
Another take on our 4.8% Pale Ale, brewed at Burning Sky, with the usual soft structure from plenty of wheat and naked oats. This time we've used the wonderful New Zealand hop varieties Motueka and Riwaka, which complement a good dose of Cashmere. Plenty of lemon and lime zest, as well as some tropical notes and a touch of melon, with a gentle bitterness cutting through to a clean finish. Raising funds for Little Gate Farm.
